  • Full-Time Sales Consultant
  • Full-Time Technician/Installer

 

Full-Time Sales Consultant – (Chico, CA)

Since 1979, Cpasbien Alarm Systems Security Systems has been the North state’s leading provider of home and business security systems. We offer a range of security essentials including motion detectors, door/window sensors, cameras, access control, and fire alarm equipment. We also monitor the systems we install to give our customers peace of mind 24/7. Our business is continuing to grow so we are seeking qualified candidates for an immediate opening in our Consultation/Sales department.

Job Description

  • Make on-site visits with current and prospective residential and commercial clients
  • Evaluate their specific needs and design a system proposal
  • Manage projects and accounts to maintain superior customer service
  • Actively seek out and follow-up with sales leads
  • Collaborate with marketing team for promotional ideas/designs

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • General computer literacy (Microsoft Office, e-mail, word processing)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid CA drivers license
  • Clean DMV report

 

Full-Time Technician/Installer – (Chico, CA)

  • Install, repair and inspect security systems
  • Communicate with clients when necessary
  • Keep records of project status and equipment used
  • Drive to job locations in a company vehicle

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years electrical experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 40 lbs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints/floor plans
  • Good communication skills
  • General computer literacy (Microsoft Office, e-mail)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid CA driver’s license
  • Clean DMV report
